We understand everyone's needs are different so we need to establish exactly what you require to make bathing enjoyable and safe.
All our showers and baths are bespoke and you will get the chance to discuss and see what we can offer with real samples which will show you the quality of our products.
Our assessor will do a bathroom design on a day to suit you, which will give you a plan of your bathroom once the installation is completed.
Technical Survey
Every bathroom design is followed up by a full technical survey of your bathroom. We want to make sure you have full peace of mind that you will be getting your dream room for safe and enjoyable bathing.
The Personal Touch / You're Not On Your Own
As soon as the survey is completed the information is sent over to our installation team, where they will personally monitor your installation from start to finish. This gives you the comfort of knowing you will be dealing with one person who has the knowledge and information you may require regarding your installation.
They will let you know your survey has been received, all products ordered and they will contract you to set a date for your installation which suits you.
Anytime during your installation, you will always be able to call and speak to your installation team member to help deal with any queries you may have.
We do not use automated calling systems so this means you do not have to deal with choosing which option you need to pick to speak to someone, which in turn means no waiting in call queues.
Delivery and Installation
Unlike most companies we deliver and install on the same day. We realise that what you are looking for is a faster installation time to help ease the inconvenience of waiting for products to be delivered and the stress of alterations taking place in your home.
This also helps cut down the cost for us, which works to your advantage as we can cut the cost for you. It means only one trip to unlike other companies who make a delivery and then secondly send an installation team to your home.
The installation will be carried out by one of our fully trained technical fitters. All of them are fully qualified plumbers/bathroom fitters and they have been trained by us giving them the full knowledge of our products.

Once we have given you a full demonstration and you have checked the completed work, we will ask you to sign a satisfaction note so we can leave you to enjoy your new safe bathing experience.
Unlike other companies we give a two years full warranty on our work. We are confident we are using only the best products.
Once your product is out of warranty we have a service team which are on hand to help. You can book an appointment for one of our engineers to come and see you if you ever have an issue with your installation.
We answer our calls 24hrs a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year and aim to get a service engineer to you within the first 24 hours.
